» Man Being Beaten With Baseball Bat Faces Charges For Shooting His Attackers?
Considering ATF’s long history of criminality, it is also just as likely that this information will be used as a de facto gun registry.
The rule of law? It doesn’t apparently matter any more.
“I was advised that the BATFE had offered to forego obtaining a warrant if Ares Armor was willing to:
“a. Hand over all of EP Armory’s 80% Lowers.
“b. Turn over Ares Armor customer’s private information to the BATFE.
“In exchange for turning over our customer’s private information the BATFE said that they would not ‘raid’ Ares Armor’s facilities and would not pursue ‘criminal’ charges. This made me feel as if I was being extorted.”
» Obama threatens to veto bill that would require administration to enforce laws
President Barack Obama would veto a GOP-drafted bill that would allow legislators to take agency officials to court if they don’t enforce laws
On Page 930 of the budget that never ends is $575 million for “family planning/reproductive health” worldwide especially in “areas where population growth threatens biodiversity or endangered species.”
The idea that the way to protect insects, fish and animals is by preventing human beings from having children is part of an approach known as Population, Health and Environment (PHE) which integrates population control into environmentalist initiatives.
When Obama’s Interior Secretary Sally Jewell visited Alaska, she told the residents of an Eskimo village where nineteen people had died due to the difficulty of evacuating patients during medical emergencies that, “I’ve listened to your stories, now I have to listen to the animals.”
Ducks don’t talk, but environmentalists do, and they had vocally opposed helping the people of King Cove. Jewell had received the Rachel Carson Award, named after an environmentalist hero whose fearmongering killed millions. Compared to the Carson malaria graveyards of Africa, nineteen dead Eskimos slide off the post-human conscience of a fanatical environmentalist like water off a duck’s back.
The left is not only becoming post-American or post-Western, but post-human, applying the same tactics that they used to target majorities in Western countries to the human race as a whole. Class war and race war are giving way to species warfare. And since the ducks cannot talk, ultimate power rests with the duck whisperers, those who speak for the animals, the fish and the trees.
The Democrats KNOW how ridiculous, how stupid, they appear involved in such antics. And yet they continue acting the fool.
Because that’s what you do when your supporters enjoy lives entirely supported, from cradle to grave, by the redistribution of the working people’s wealth by way of the government dole, dispensed through the public trough. You play down to them. You try to depict yourself as one who exists on the same intellectual level as the low info voters. It’s called gaining the confidence of the masses. However, it is quickly recognized by those of us who feel ourselves moderately intelligent as what we call a CON GAME!
The Global Warming movement is not about saving the earth. It is about destroying America! That is the goal. That is the target the Global Warming movement is aiming for.
Cloaked by their love for the Earth and the people of the earth, the world’s socialist movement, and Marxist movement, long ago saw the environmental movement as a new front in their war against the one nation on this earth which has withstood their onslaught the longest—America. They have successfully infiltrated our institutions of higher learning and molded the minds of our young to believe their lies and their propaganda. And it worked!
Haman is a zero sum villain who responds to a failure to submit with genocide. The response to him is equally zero sum. Those who try to kill you, deserve what’s coming to them. It may be an alien notion to the preachers who try to pass off liberal values as Jewish values, but it is a reminder that real Jewish values are not a suicide pact or a soppy tale of moral ambiguity and bleeding heart empathy for genocidal monsters.
“The past is the past,” says the New Age Jew. “The past is the present is the future,” says the Jew.

There is only one reason biofuels are mandated, and it has nothing to do with the economy or the environment. It has to do with a corrupt political system wringing votes from farm states. This sort of corruption is inevitable when government has too much power.
… “sue and settle” agreements stem from EPA working with environmentalists on “friendly” lawsuits that achieve shared goals, in which the agency allegedly cooperates with environmentalists who sue the agency for missing a statutory deadline, then negotiates deadlines for taking action through a closed-door meeting.
… a key concern of deadline suits is that EPA may commit itself to obligations that do not exist under the Clean Air Act
… while the agency cannot choose who sues it for missed deadlines, the agency “readily chooses” when to settle and when to oppose groups who seek to intervene.
Just so you know: The EPA is not under attack by environmentalist groups. The EPA is in collusion with them.
The groups that have filed and won hundreds of suits against EPA are for the most part funded and/or subsidized by the EPA; or otherwise good buddies of the EPA.
Every whimsical rule and regulation that EPA pulls from it’s nether regions does not always get enforced for one reason or another. Usually the reason is other groups that stand up to them and stymie their attempts to economically choke the country to it’s knees. When that happens, one or more of these greenie groups files suit against the EPA, allowing like-minded judges to force the EPA to do what it really wants to do anyway.
Neat little stratagem there, eh?
A couple of days ago, you’ll recall, we featured current controversies over a metal cross retrieved from the rubble at Ground Zero, and a roadside cross marking a fatal accident in Lake Elsinore, California. American Atheists and the American Humanist Association are suing over both outrageous provocations.
On the other hand, as far as I’m aware, American atheists and humanists have no plans to bring any separation-of-church-and-state suits against the City of Minneapolis, for its observance at City Hall last month of “Hijab Day”. Female members of the city council wore the hijab, as did the Chief of Police, Janeé Harteau, a lesbian who recently married her “favorite sergeant”, Holly Keegel. I have no idea what Sgt Keegel wore for Hijab Day. Maybe she went as the Grand Mufti.
on Hijab Day, non-Muslim women like Minneapolis’ Police Chief demonstrate their support for the right of women to “choose” to go covered by enthusiastically joining in. City Hall staffer Ilhan Omar enthuses: “I love cross-cultural sharing.” So do I! Now that the lesbian police officers have spent the day in hijabs, when are we having Pride Day at the mosque?
Better yet, how about selling tickets (proceeds to charity of course) to view the female officers stoning one another the next day for not wearing their cross-cultural covering?
Come on! You can’t just celebrate one single aspect of the culture. Go for the whole experience, you pussies.
Since 9/11, those westerners who tolerate the avowedly intolerant have sought refuge in equivalence. Okay, in Afghanistan they build a wall specifically for the purpose of crushing homosexuals underneath it, and in Iran they behead you for bebottoming, but come on, a lot of these Christians are pretty homophobic, aren’t they? And yeah, the clitoridectomy clinics are doing a roaring trade and there seems to be a lot more honor killing around than there used to be, but Republicans want to cut off Sandra Fluke’s free contraceptives in her late 30s, don’t they?
The facade is Ron Paul trying to sound reasonable. He leaps to blaming America in just about every instance — note the swipe about Cuba. The United States does not occupy Cuba just because we have a base there, and we are not about to absorb it. Gitmo was established long before the Castro regime took power.
If Sen. Rand Paul is to become a serious presidential contender, he is going to have to find a way to keep his cranky father off the TV. All Ron Paul does is blame America for the misdeeds of others, including Putin.
